A MUST visit State Park PAYNES PRAIRIE STATE PRESERVE

Our first camping trip of 2025 was at Paynes Prairie State Preserve in Micanopy, Florida. What a beautiful state park with an abundance of wildlife and lush oak hammocks. Was hoping to see some of the free roaming Bison but wasn't that lucky. Did manage to see some wild horses in the distance from the visitors center overlook though which was a plus. I highly recommend this park.
