In Capgemini, many senior-level experts and leaders have stayed longer because we feel that the company continues to provide growth opportunities and freedom to create our own unique career paths. Many have moved between industries, practices, countries, and areas of expertise. As long as you are challenged to grow and enjoy working in the group, you stay.

Capgini Mumbai office is bigger than Noida . The best thing about capgemini is they are into recycling the water. One of the IT company which not only belive in renewable source of energy but implemented in most of the offices by installing solar panels

Ideally resources should not share office infrastructure outside. this is the basic rule of audit and security. CG securities never allows to click pics also in office.

I just got my letter of intent from capgimini what are the process up next ?
What about cafeteria?they will provide meal card?or we can buy food on daily?and food cost same like outside?
They have a meal card called as Sodexo which I have not used so not much information on this. Also they have an application called Hungerbox where you can buy anything to eat on daily basis.
Can you tell me the courses and criteria needed to opt for Capgemini company , if you can it'll be so kind of you ! :)

Does company provide accomodation?
Did CG provide shuttle or bus ? And is it we have to pay any amount on monthly basis?
For Mumbai location we have bus service and for Delhi and Bangalore they have cab service I guess. Till end of June they have kept free travel service for all locations. From 1st July we will have to pay if we want to use these services.

Yes, they have gym in B6 building 2nd floor. The registration fees for one month is 500 rs and if you won't be going regularly for a month then per day it is 50rs.

Gym timings are Mon - Fri 8am to 8pm and Sat 8am to 12pm. Sunday Closed

If you are choosing Computer Science then it's best. Just keep your score above 60% always just for the sake of eligibility and have some hands-on experience of any one coding language.

They didn't mention anything related to class 10th and 12th .. And i got placed in capgemini.. Currently I am in my 4th year.. Do you think I will have a problem joining the company because of my 12th percentage coz in college they didn't mention anything like it???

It mostly takes from 2 weeks till 1 month time . When i gave my interview i got my results in 1 month .

No not at all. Formals are not mandatory, Capgemini has the concept of Smart Casuals where we can wear casual checks shirt or Collar Tshirts like Polo, Lacoste, etc. Also plain jeans are allowed blue, black or any other color.
And what about the shoes

I recently got offer letter from Capgemini and it was mentioned to come to office by 8:30 AM for joining.. Need information about it. Is it offline onboarding now ??
Onboarding will be completely virtual..no need to go to office
The format of offer letter is old...so it's mentioned over there..
But u will soon get another mail before onboarding that ur onboarding will be via virtual mode
