    Ingredients
    1) Bottle Guard ( Lauki or Alle) 1 kg Cleaned
    2) Curd ( Dahi / Zamut Doud) = 1kg
    3) Garlic =2-3 Cloves
    4) garam Masala = ½ tea Spoon
    5) Fennel Seed Powder ( Sounf/ Beidaan)=1 tea Spoon
    6) Salt (noon)= according to the taste
    7) Ginger Powder = ½ tea Spoon
    8) Onion = 1 medium for tadka
    9) Green Cardamom = 4 to 5
    10) Black Cardamom = 2 to 3 or a pinch in powdered form
    11) Cinnamon = stick or a pinch in powdered form
    12 PIR Musturd Oil : 1/4 cup

    I must say your videos have made grandpas like me good cooks that his children are now liking dishes cooked by him. Earlier they never used even to touch it and Naniji was always considered the best cook. Keep it up Batta and we pray for your good health and prosperity.     Here are so many Kashmiri TH-cam channels but I always prefer and search for Kashmir food fusion to prepare any dish even if I know the cooking process, to see if there is any other (rather better) way to cook!!!!!

    after watching your videos i started using PIR oil n really it does not smoke heavily as other brands. I also recommended it to other relatives. Is it really good for heart

      Yes it is, u can chk online about its benifits .
      Also, refined is always the worst oil. Infact it is already being termed poisonous in many countries.
      One should have cold pressed oils that are extracted through machines and not by chemicals.
      Amongst these mustard, olive and coconut are by far the best for health

      Refined oil is completely safe for you. As long as the food standards regulatory body of your country is doing its job, refined oil that is being sold in your country will be thoroughly safe for you. Don't go breaking your bank to purchase cold pressed oils for what are marginal benefits, if any.
      If, however, you are going to be this much of a hypochondriac over minor risk, no matter how unlikely or how unsubstantiated it may be, then, you would definitely want to stick with refined oils. Most refined oils are far more stable during storage as well in high temperature applications than most cold pressed oils and hence, will expose you to far fewer oil breakdown products than unrefined oils will.
      If anything, mustard oil might eventually end up being proven bad for your heart. There are contradicting studies and debate on the matter, so the jury is still out on that, so who knows which way things will land, right? But, you are the kind of person who is willing to demonize and scaremonger about refined oil with a handful of cherry-picked findings from some studies. Well, then, you should be spreading even more doom and gloom over mustard oil.
      Why don't you tell the guy above to never ever eat mustard oil? I mean, these are facts that mustard oil has high erucic acid content which has been found in several studies to cause heart problems in rats and normal mustard oil is not allowed for consumption in the United States. These are also facts, that those studies have their detractors and later studies have cast some doubts on those findings, erucic acid has not been well-studied in humans and there is legitimate debate over whether the ban on mustard oil was an over-reaction or not.
      But, of course, none of that should matter to you. After all, the research and evidence in favour of refined oil is far larger than what is against and it did not matter to you. So go ahead, let's watch you demonize mustard oil as irresponsibly as you did in the case of refined oil.

      Waise dahibpehlay se he sour hoti, is se nahe hogi , n yakhnibtastes better if sour, n agar ap ko sour pasan nahe you can add a spoon of sugar
