This seems to be fake story how can a milk man invest in stock market as stock market requires lots of money and research which a dairy worker aka milk man doesn't have

Hello Rishabh Sir, I've one question. If a person files a nil-ITR, then can he/she can apply for E-Shram Card?
According to me yes because upto 2.5 lacs or 5 lacs as per condition no tax is to be paid , and while making card highest was apx 2 lcs
