I struggled a lot with Barioth on my first Hunter with the longsword and struggled even more when I picked up charge blade on my second (lowkey ashamed to say I SOSd because the Sizzling Spice fest was nearing its end and I wanted the layered armor really bad XD). I came here to find some inspiration for improving my gameplay with CB and man you really gave it to me. I havent been utilizing the axe form nearly enough and I havent been nearly as fluid in my movements as you are. Youve really showed me where I need to work in order to improve and you have earned my subscription. Keep up the awesome work!

Don't worry mate it took me almost 40 minutes to beat Barioth my first time as a charge blade main.

I'm a charge Blade player myself, and let me tell you, my skill doesnt even COMPARE to your skill. You handle it like a Pro. I thought I was good, but you're awesome!
I'm improving though. I can't even beat Barioth, yet. Also you earned my subscription and like.

Thanks for the kind words man, I played MH eversince so i kinda get what i should do and stuff, but world was my first experience in Chargblade, i wasnt as good as i am right now when i started, but put enough time to it, every one can be great :>

I have a question. Is the Skill "Guard" good to use on a Charge Blade?

Yes, certain moves require a higher level of guard in order to guard point and punish

I have been using Guard for a long time, is that when I look at strong Charge Blade Builds online, not many of them have the Guard Skill in their Builds. I also use the skill "Offensive Guard" too when I can.

Rath blade, it's a high rank weapon I believe. You'd be better off with a master rank iron level 9 charge blade instead which is poison, only one star effective on barioth but base damage is way higher. This guy is just really pro at charge blade so he can get away with it. He doing massive combos in its fully charged axe and blade mode, unless you can do all that which takes a lot of timing practice it's better off to use a master ranked weapon from mining ores
