Planning is a hobby that helped me in a difficult time, too. When I was 24, I had all kinds of health problems. Planning got my mind off of the pain and stress associated with my health issues. ❤
Absolutely, I'm sorry to hear you had to go through that. It does wonders to help take you out of the moment and be in the moment at the same time. I hope you are finding relief from health issues now.

I use to planning to keep all my thoughts together and make sure I don't forget anything. My planner is legit my brain I would be lost without. When I'm not planning I feel so lost and forgetful. I have no idea what I should be doing. I also need to get back into a routine. So many things have changed this year I need to find a new routine that works for me.
I will be using a Sterling Ink N2 Weeks Compact planner as my main/ catch all planner, a Hobonich Weeks for a budget planner, a Sterling Ink Passport Compact for my EDC and a Sterling Ink A6 notebook for my work planner. I have everything set up and ready to go for the new year!!

I hear you - often if I don't write it down it will be *gone*. Are you creating trackers in the back of the Weeks for budgeting? I was doing paper budgeting for a longtime and decided to create an Excel to track the full year/estimate.

Yep! I may have said it wrong lol - things that may not feel like it's working "right now" but will work in the long run - like sunscreen and vitamins. :)
