I remember I took a really long break from Minecraft. Recently I started playing again, and noticed a lot of the songs I had grown up listening to were replaced. I had heard of C418’s being replaced, and choosing a replacement, and it didn’t much bother me. Hearing the new songs I thought this new character and Lena as well had done a good job making similar but not replicated music. and I remember when I heard this song, I thought about how at least to me, it sounds like a farewell to my generation of Minecraft players who are leaving the game. We have our little “every once in a while” sessions now, but as plenty of people have said, for every guy placing his last block, some kid is placing their first. A lot of guys my age have grown out of the game, but not the songs. It’s like outro music in a weird way. Beautiful composition.
This song reminds me of my friends. We played together all the time around the release of 1.18 and 1.19. This song played a lot in our server. The entire Caves and Cliffs soundtrack brings me back.
You can just AFK with this song Picture this: you’ve just defeated the ender dragon and you’ve just got into the overworld and this song plays… everything rushes over you and you’re mind has finally got time to relax and finally, just finally your world starts coming back together again and nothing matters. After the song finishes you’re out and about again finding new things to do and think about Minecraft can sometimes be fun sometimes be sad sometimes be stressful but when this song plays… suddenly everything’s alright… Edit: HOW DOES THIS HAVE 19 LIKES ALREADY????

When i first heard this song whilst playing Minecraft i was blown away by how beautiful and gentle it was. It made me feel like i was a hundred years old and rewatching my old days of Minecraft with my siblings and friends. Thank you for this lovely cover. ❤️
