Man, I can totally relate to this song on a non emo level. Growing up in ohio and now not being there (I'm sure it goes for anywhere) I have a calling back there since my family all is there still.

His death was bought on due to substance abuse, my guess he was abusing the benzo class drug (clonazapam) which gives the user a very calm and high affect at high doses.
mixed with Vicodin which also acts on the central nervous system would make it a very nasty cocktail of drugs.
doctors can and do prescribe benzodiazepines and opioids together, but at low doses. Casey’s body would of completely shut down that tragic night from abusing such potent and powerful drugs. RIP none the less.
