    This channel has helped me so much over the years. Very thankful for all your work. You should consider teaching Azure Active directory going forward since local AD is becoming antiquated.

    Why would GPO's at OU level take precedence over domain level? Aren't OU's listed underneath the domain meaning that the domain should take most precedence? Soooo confusing!

      It is to give you fine control. For example, think of domain as the state and the OU being a town. So the group policy for the state sets up the default settings and then they can be changed at the town level. However, you could also set an option in the domain so the OU could not override a settings if it was already set by the domain. Thus, the domain can still have full control of the settings if it needs to.
