Unfortunately, some people tell jokes about the verses of the Qur’an, Prophets, angels, or they make fun of the Hijab, the beard, This is the most dangerous, Sheikh Al-‘Uthaymeen said: “One who mocks Allah, His verses, His signs or His Messengers is a disbeliever because this action nullifies belief.” Rasulullah (SAW) said: “A slave (of Allah) would utter a word, without paying attention to it, which would result in him going down into the Hellfire further than the distance between the east and the west.” (Muslim).

Making jokes about any tenet of Deen takes one OUT of Islam
May Allah Ta’ala protect us
Making joke of a Muslim is dangerous however not all types of jokes that are insulting will lead a person out of the fold of Islam brother that is incorrect judgement! I it is a sin but not disbelief unless a person is being mocked for his religion

@@SincereRzyes making joke of DEEN (ISLAM) is no doubt disbelief.. Making joke of tenant (person) of deen isn't always disbelief
@@sazad4968 Allah Ta’ala says: “And it has already come down to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah [recited], they are denied [by them] and ridiculed; so do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them. Indeed Allah will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell all together” (4:140)
Refer this matter to a Mufti because I’m not gonna be going back & forth with someone that doesn’t know but poses as if they do know. Just like it’s easy to become a Muslim, it’s that easy to become a NON-Muslim

Matter of takfeer (declaring a Muslim as a kafir is not for the laymen.
Secondly perhaps I have misunderstood about your initial comment.. What do you mean by "tenant if deen"? Brother.. If you mean like pillars or rituals rites or symbols of deen then yes that is disbelief.. If you mean a Muslim then no not all types of jokes of a Muslim is disbelief.. Example. Mocking a Muslim who is in the wheelchair due to his illness is for sure not disbelief! How many toke we call our family or friends or other Muslim "stupid or smelly or daft etc " in that case we all have left Islam.. So depend what you meant about your initial comment..

1) joking/mocking allah, the quran, prophets, angels, hijab, beards etc
2) lying in order to make people laugh
3) joking shouldn’t harm or hurt anyone’s feelings
*ex)* people with disabilities
4) don’t laugh if someone slips or falls, or is afflicted with something
5) never scare anyone while joking (not permissible for a muslim to frighten another muslim)
6) joking should not involve backbiting
7) excessive laughing and joking. the amount of laughter/joking should be like the salt you sprinkle on your food - laughing too much deadens the heart
8) choose appropriate timing for jokes
9) use appropriate language
10) excessive/persistent joking
11) joking with people you haven’t made comfortable around yourself
