When I wake up early morning many times I fell asleep during meditation. But as I keep on saying " I am peaceful soul..I am powerful, happiness is my nature" these affirmations works well as that drowsiness state leads us to theta state of mind & subconscious mind absorbs it and acts very well.
Meditation benefits are extremely satisfying. I believe this should be a part of school circuilams. This has more than a religious practice.
