I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you both as you have inspired me along the way to finally get into my local box #CFN. 3 years ago I signed up for a free taster session at CrossFit Nottingham and then 3 days later broke my back. I was gutted and went through some dark times during my recovery. After 2 major surgeries and some considerable hardware in my lower back, I’ve just completed my first week of CrossFit classes. I’ll never truly be able to describe just how happy I am to finally be in a position to do CrossFit and the journey over the last 3 years has been hard for many reasons but during that time your channel, the advice, the laughs and the journey has kept me going. I just want to say a heart felt thank you and I wish you both the very best of love and luck for the future 👍🏻

Haley Adam's was paid 26.15 per hour if she worked a 37.5 hour work week. Given that she probably put more than 37.5 hours a week to train for the games she was making much less money. Kudos to her for making a huge sacrifice to do something she loves. Hopefully sponsorship money tops up her gross yearly salary.
