l LOVED this early era. What a singer/performer.. just the singer and a piano, With the passage of time her shows became spectacles full of dancers, lights, other singers, commotion.. loosing clarity. And she very quickly became old and ... Sad

The definition of doing too much
You can clearly see the difference between young Mariah, young Withney, young Céline... And this. These great songers at the same age were real performers.. Christina Is not a bad singer.. but this way of singing, forcing her voice, sounding like this... It's painful to hear. She Is obviosuly trying to imitate the vocal Trinity... But she Is really far from them. I Repeat. She Is not bad. She Is talented But she is just trying to hit the notes AND that's it. Plus she sings out of her connected vocal range.
I wish she would just allow her voice to resonate. She has such a beautiful instrument, light lyric soprano. That forcing sound is so unpleasant.
There is no need to compare and spread hate like this. Very toxic behavior. If you don't like the way she sings, don't watch.
