I recommend not to change the number of processors in msconfig, because this option is intended for developers to check if something is not working properly (the option is created on the principle of testing/ the same is the column next to it)... all the processors of your computer are already used at the beginning and it does not speed up your computer. However, you can benefit from the "Services" section if you press "Hide all Microsoft services" then you will see the programs that communicate with your computer and if you have an old program (what you no longer have ) you can disabled this and you PC not communicate with it .. through it you can improve the speed of your computer and if you were wrong, just come back and enable communication. nice one but Changing and applying this setting can reset potential issues with core allocation if previously misconfigured. You can revert settings too.
