Someone needs to keep these videos in the archives for generations to come. Iohan is a legend, massive inspiration, and wonderful videographer. Peace be with you
Love the Gunner Bro episode so much I have watched it several times... always makes me happy. If, and that’s a BIG if, I ever get a dog, it’s name will be “GunnerBro,” or maybe Iohan, after the most adventurous person I know!!! (If you object to Iohan, Gunner Bro it will have to be). Happiest Trails ever!
I so love the relationship that Iohan had with dogs (and vice versa). A dog (or a horse) can always tell you whether or not a human is worth knowing. Iohan would have been SO worth knowing. RIP Iohan. You were a gem.
Your videos honestly always inspire me to get on my bike and just ride, be it day, night, sun or rain. Nothing beats that feeling of freedom two wheels gives you.
Your bond with Gunnerbro is inspiring as you gave him credit for appreciating nature's beauty. Nice shout out to the park's creator. As always, you put others 1st.
Stumbled upon one of your videos a few years ago while surfing TH-cam with my niece. She has since gone off bikepacking in the Rockies and in Equator. I’ve been doing gravel rides in the east but I keep your adventures in mind. You continue to be an inspiration.
Excellent video. So glad you are still making them even though you're back in BC. The quality of your videos is outstanding. Looking forward to your continued South American adventure.

Thank you for sharing your remarkable journey. I just told a friend about you today and BING, a new vlog. The northern lights are magical!! Lucky dog Gunnerbro joining along - if we all could be so lucky!!
And once again, BC is on fire..June-July 2021 and beyond. Even here on Haida Gwaii fire restrictions until October. All your videos are wonderful and I hope many more people discover them. atb
All of BC is incredibly beautiful, but up north away from what we call "civilization", it is even more so. I am so thankful to be able to see these vistas through your eyes.
I worked as a fire lookout for two seasons. Some of the best times of my life. It's sad to see these old cabs falling apart... there's not much call anymore for fire lookouts. They use aerial spotters and satellites now.
Dude. How are you feeling knowing that you are closed to achieving your goal. Argentina!! I'm still watching. I'll contribute so you can finish your Journey.
Gunnerbro is such a good companion and a good runner (perhaps needs a pair of shoes next time). Also, good drone control at 8:13, not hitting the branches. Sad to see mother nature zeros out your hard tree planting work.
Man i cant believe how fucking awesome hard core you are god bless god speed all the best to you and happy trails - thank you for the MASSIVE inspiration vibes
no tiger pigs? great style, with a best friend companion, northern lights, fire lookouts...beautiful! still haven't come around on the drone shots:) be safe, have fun iohan!
I feel like such a Vancouverite. Until I saw this video, I had never heard of Babine Mountains Provincial Park and had to google it to find out where in BC it is. Great video. Thanks for that.
Beautiful and very rich content, I really enjoyed the interview about l’Orsa peak and history of Babine regional park. In the meantime I just came back from Kyrgyzstan, it was beautiful, hard and wild, and I was carrying a lot of stuff, I know that bikepacking philosophy is to avoid heavy setups but I’m thankful I had a trailer with me, if you get one you can carry a dog ;) Ps: with all your efforts and original content that you make (and god knows how hard it is to stop, setup the camera, film, stop go back, take out the camera film stop put away the camera, edit, thinking, recording, posting, etc...) Freaking TH-cam should be thankful for people like you, and give some financial benefits. I’m saying this because I understood that even with all your efforts in creating and publishing creative content you still need to work extra, means TH-cam does not pay that well all this efforts. I’m sure some low level employee at TH-cam makes more money than you while drinking coffee all day... Sad. It will be nice to find something that shares more fairly the revenues of generated money. Keep up the beautiful work
I wouldn´t like to find bears on the trail while biking through the forrest, man you re nuts but I loved the video and Gunnerbro was the perfect bodyguard.
gunnerbro will end a hike if you both walk together...awwww...pity gunnerbro...maybe next time...want to see him enjoy the view from top of the mountain..
This is really lovely. Inspiring. Can anyone recommend any books on how to do bike packing? I'd really like to give it a go next spring. It seems simple, but it would be nice to set off prepared and to have expert tips.
I put my tour on hold also. I made it to Panama and couldn't afford the boat trip to Columbia. Right now I'm trying to find a job. I don't want to go back to construction but it looks like I'll have to :( I wish I thought of tree planting but it is a little bit late to in the year to do that.
everytime i watch your video brings in me a strong urge to leave everything buy a bike and explore canadian wilderness. . .But its too late i am married now lol
Amazing. You should partner with some tv station to produce videos for them so you can finance your travels. Unless you prefer to.plant trees. Which is also ok.;)
Please wear heavy-duty filtering masks when surrounded by the fires. Save your lungs for a long life of travel choices. Gunnerbro might fare with greater success, if he got outfitted with canine boots to protect those pads.
Unos subtitulos en espanyol darian mucha mas visibilidad a los videos. Un saludo y enhorabuena por tus viajes y por dejar que los compartamos a traves de la camara.

Another outstanding video and Gunnerbro looked like a good partner. Thanks for the video and take care, Al
Glad to see the drone back up and running. Keep it up.
Beautiful northern lights. I really miss that in the early mornings or late nights after living in northern Alaska.

Parabéns! Obrigada. Seus vídeos me revelam realidades que desconhecia. Nada nem ninguém pode com a exploração da madeira, animais e humanos.😢😮

Thank you for this video !
I was looking for something to unwind and relax. And this video did the trick.
I wanted to ask how you plan your routes. In such remote places you surely need to know where you’re going so you can find food and water
How much can you make planting trees in a day?
RIP
Nice video as always
..I was wondering about Gunnerbro's bear skills!!
Awesome 🙏📸👍👍👍👍👍📸
Amazing sir
Amazing 🌲🌲🌲
Good for Gunnerbro
Awesome!!
Nice adventure :)
I want my Gunnerbro!!! Do you mail to Norway?
RIP BROTHER…
everytime i watch your video brings in me a strong urge to leave everything buy a bike and explore canadian wilderness. . .But its too late i am married now lol
What kind of spesialized Iohan?
Have you ever thought of uploading your .gpx routes to Strava? Would be nice way to share your routes
...after seeing all those running free dogs - you have Gunnerbro all tied up to your bike!!
You see, gunnerbro has no respect for traffic rules, he walks in the middle of the road. So i just wanted to have him on leash when there was traffic
Chido.Super Dog.
Nice vídeos! What camera are you using?
Gunnerbro is da man! I want one! But wait, I don't have 9.99! Can I do 2 payments of 5 bucks each? How about shipping and handling?
shipping and handling included. buy one now while quantities last!
Thanks you amigo, say us how support this, incredible videos, better than HBO or netflix.
I sure hope the Cronin lookout survived the terrible forest fires....
Amazing. You should partner with some tv station to produce videos for them so you can finance your travels. Unless you prefer to.plant trees. Which is also ok.;)
Robert Magier if he plants trees he remains in control of his own life. I wouldn’t hand it over to anyone else’s discretion!
I cant find the last song on youtube (when you are on onion mountain), could you please share the link? thank you :)
www.groundandleaves.com/#album - its in the red stone album - images (free download)
Thank you Iohan :)
I can't even 😢
