I'll happily steal Reminiscence Tonka and I tried Silky Woods Elixir just before Christmas! The shop assistant was so excited about that and also bdk rouge smoking extrait.
@@roseayalaperfumeaddict5059 Rouge Smoking original I actually hate 🙊 but it's BDK and they are full of ambroxan, I really hoped I'd love it when I first tried it and believed I would as no one mentioned how full of ambroxan the brand is. The extrait is actually nicer to me than the original but still not for me, it's sweeter from memory too. Silky woods Elixir was nicer to me than Silky Woods but I only smelt that on paper, I found it quite black leathery and almost treacle like. Again I struggle with Goldfield and Banks cos they do love molecular notes. This is why I tend to keep away from big brand niche, but I know I'm an anomaly.
Look at all of those beauties!! Although I've always loved perfume I've never had Angel until this year and I bought both EDP and EDT, I love them both.
I think the vast majority of my purchases this year were from Dua and Dapper. The rest were maybe a couple designers and a few middle eastern. I’m planning to cut back dramatically this next year. I gotta work on my self control.
@@kara8911 Kara! We have so much in common. I also want to cut back. Most of my purchases were Duas and middle easterns. When you buy so much, you have to go cheaper 😂
@ I totally agree. Sometimes I think to myself “ok I’ll wait and get the one I want”. Then I see a dupe for it and can get the dupe and more for less than the OG. I’m still planning to get dupes. I’m not spending over $100 for any perfume unless it absolutely is not duped or I have nothing even close to similar (and I’m sure I will with so many in my hoard, haha!).

I happened upon the most random dupe of magenta tanzanite at tjmaxx one day and I hadn’t smelled the original. It’s sooo nice! I’m sure the original is even better.
@ it’s not labeled well. It was so random, but it looks like those bottles so I was willing to risk it for like $18. It’s labeled magenta but that’s basically it.
