The mouth means that you are being greedy, that you are taking way to many stuffs. But don't worry if it gets bigger you should stop taking things and wait a while then you can take things again also you don't have to stop when the mouth gets on your screen

You didn't need a lockpick to open the first door, there's a hidden key around the room
Edit: and that mouth entity is called Greed. He attacks you if you take too much gold at a fast pace, or interact with an item with a purple light, so be cautious.

Tip:the mouth has a picture named greediness each time you get a coin he shows up or he grows but you can move
its not each time you get a gold, if you pick up coins more than 10 coins 3 times in a row, he will appear

This april fools update is crazy lmao, farthest I've gotten is like door 70 sumn'. Trust, what they did to door 50 is wild, takes me like 15-20 minutes to get past it

Tips:
you can't Hide From Jeff, You Need to Find an Holy Hand Grenade and it's in drawers or on top of tables.
you can look down if Eyes Spawn even if your looking straight at him while looking Down you won't get hit.
Subspace Mine is like Dupe but His Ambience is More Louder Than Dupe
Hide, Rush, Ambush are Even More Agressive in The Super Hard Mode
You can Also Kill Figure But Not Seek

When I saw this on my notf I was abt to say Mikeeey’s dead 💀
I am going to refer to a moment at 20:50 so I can refer it to later.
At 20:50 Mikeeey was attacked by Rush, then revived then died again to rush again. To explain this phenomenon, I need to declare a few observations:
1. At any point in time, Rush can be summoned but to trigger it, a door must be opened. It could be any door and Rush may or may not be summoned which is essentially random.
2. Rush can open a door if it's closed. This is observable in a room with Eyes and Rush summoned at the same time and if the room's door containing Eyes is not opened. Because Eyes was unsummoned when Rush reaches a door, it must mean that Rush can open doors.
To conclude what happened, Mikeeey was attacked by the first Rush, then respawned. At that time, the second Rush was summoned due to the first rush opening a door. Thus the second Rush kills Mikeeey again. Mind that Rush has specific conditions to be summoned so this event was very unlucky.
but he went through more doors when the first rush came when could have triggered the 2nd rush

21:16 you didnt lose your revive, happened with me against Jeff, the game processes how long you last after your revive and will take it after 5 or so seconds to avoid you losing the revive completely to something you had no control over

If you get to door 50 Warning you but here some info: you meet noobigure and After you meet him picking up the paper will be mighty hard and also there more then one shape and different kinds plus theirs a holy grenade it helps you kill the monsters even Jeff the killer and Noobigure

I'ma put out a Super helpful tip for Doors Super Hard April fool update - your welcome
1) The moment you spawn at Door 0 The first Key is actually on the Side of the Bookshelf 📚
2) Jeff and Figure Only can be killed by the Holy Hand Grenade
3) At Door 50 the code is Double so instead of finding the 5 digit code it's 10
4) Subspace Trip Mine doesn't kill you if you find the real door - It's basically similar to Dupe.... Always remember what door you came from.
5) Holy Hand Grenade can take out teammates and Entities and you too for trolling lol
6) Door 50 to 100 Jeff might spawn more often so Always keep a Holy Hand Grenade on stand by.
7) The Night vision Table in the Pre Shop can be purchased at Door 52 in Jeff Shop.
8) If you get a Skeleton key at Door 52... The moment you Open the Skeleton Door you will find Infinite Shield 🛡️.
9) Entering Rooms will Teleport you to Area 51 game XD 😂
10) There are 26+ new Entities in Doors
11) The monster you saw on your screen when collecting coins was Greed...He only kills you if you collect too many coins .
There's more but I don't want to spam too much but that's a starting Tip for ya 👍

Basically to survive Jeff you can use Holy Hand Grenade or if you don't have one just Run and keep progressing forward...be aware he can catch up quickly... just Run
