Man, this song takes me back to my High School days!!! In 1987 I was only 13, and after seeing this on Top Of The Pops I instantly fell in love with Vanessa Paradis!!! Such a cute song and such a beautiful girl, and she looked to be around the same age as me (I didnt realise that she was literally the same age!). I even loved that little dance she did as she sang haha!!! We even covered the songs lyrics in French lessons, which was where Vanessa's beautiful voice really hooked me. She was definitely my first proper celeb crush haha!!!

One of the first songs I remember. I was a little child - my family was driving back from a trip to the local pet zoo. It was starting to rain heavily as we were in the car. The raindrops hit the car's windows as I was looking out. I was maybe 6 or 7 years old, and that song was playing on the radio. Fortunately, easy to look up the song a few years later since "Joe le Taxi" is what stays with you even as a kid, when it is repeated so often in the song. It's a dear memory of mine.

One of the first songs I remember. I was a little child - my family was driving back from a trip to the local pet zoo. It was starting to rain heavily as we were in the car. The raindrops hit the car's windows as I was looking out. I was maybe 6 or 7 years old, and that song was playing on the radio.
Fortunately, easy to look up the song a few years later since "Joe le Taxi" is what stays with you even as a kid, when it is repeated so often in the song.
