I am fairly certain it is. If you watch enough of these videos. You will hear pronunciations that are strange and inconsistent with the real ones.
Excellent message and will listen to it many times. However, this is not Jim Rohn. I've been listening to Jim Rohn for over a decade and this is the first time I hear this speech with sentences structured in this format. Also, listen to how "Jim" in this recording says the word "riser" at 1:37. Again, great video and I will thumbs up because I found the message to be excellent and inspiring. But it is not Jim.
