One thing Cebu is different from the rest, is that rich people are wearing pambahay na dress parang gusgusin pang tingnan pero super duper yaman pala ng tsinelas pa sila hahhaha.

legit.. obserev ko din yan hindi lang sa mga millionaire kundi oati sa mga matatas ang earning as employees, kay naga kaon gihapon silag street foods... Tuslob buwa, puso etc... I mean walay problema sa street foods pero ako sa akoang kaugalingon, I doubt kung mo kaon pakog mga pang kowboy na pagkaon kung ako dakog sweldo ( above middle class ) hehe..

Wala pang township ang Davao City under construction pa, yung Davao Global Township in Talomo. Cebu's been urbanized a long, long time ago. Hindi pa City ang Davao dati, Cebu's already classified a first class city na.

Every city has its own unique beauty. Besides, mas older yung Cebu kesa sa Davao. Expectedly, mas booming talaga sila compare to Davao. So what's the point of comparison? 🙄

di naman talaga totally comparison, dun lang ako sa pount na mayron sila na wala sa atin and meron sa atin na wala sila ... As you say, everything has its own uniqueness... Di ako nag compare... For, nauna sila as city or nahuli, the point is prigressive ang lugar nila... Tayu naman sa MINDANAO ( Davao ) syempre excellent din ang lugar natin... despite sa mga terrorist threats, still thriving and ascending tayu... Ako, masaya ako na may malaman akong lugar na progressive, hindi ako naiinggit bagkus na eexcite ako lalo nat alam natin na ang DAVAO is still the fastest growing city after manila...

You're in Cebu. Basically, if you wanna give your compliments in their city don't mention Davao. Nakakairita lang pakinggan na you keep on comparing Cebu to Davao. Where in fact, these 2 cities are quite different from each other. But then again, they have their own unique beauty. So, no need to compare these cities. This is just only my insights tho.

No famous, credible and/or professional vloggers, both local and foreign, will keep on "comparing cities" when they visit other places, because you can't compare apples and oranges, nag cre.create ka ng "tension and annoyance" in the viewers eyes which is very UNPROFESSIONAL therefore number 1 reason for disliking and not subscribing the channel..

I think yung mga LGU sa Pilipinas may mga ginagampanang mga role. Kung sa lugar nyo walang high rise sa skyline, what the F* ck who cares. May mga strategic comparative advantage ang bawat lugar. Example Davao at Esabela ang lalawak ng Area at may matatabang lupa. Mas angkop sila sa agricultural production. Kaya marami silang agricultural plantations. Pag yan, ginawa mong subdivisions at business district sinasayang mo yung potential ng lupa kung saan marami na mang lupa na hindi arable. Here in Cebu masasabi kung medyo na capitalize ng Cebu ang aming strategic advantage at comparative advantage. But Cebu is not alone in this its also true sa mga province ng Pinas gaya ng Bohol, Aklan they have boracay, Palawan etc. sa tourism aspect. Mayron ding mga mining provinces, sana mag fucos ang ibang province sa energy production kung may energy potential sila specially in Mindanao area that's rich in oil deposits. Gumawa ng plano at e presinta sa mga private sectors. Kasi naghihintay yang mga yan saan maganda maglagak ng pera. Pag nakita nila na kikita sila, tyak mag invest yan. Kasi yan talaga kulang satin energy. ⚡✌️

Lain ang economy ng Cebu, it is more industrialized while ang Davao agricultural, without agriculture walay economic prosperity ang Davao, not until mobiya na ang Davao sa agriculture economy pero ang problema ana magstart na sad from scratch mosamut na nuon ug ka behind ug malipay ang iloilo ana kay sila na jud ang 2nd sa Visayas ug Mindanao pero ambut kung mo agree sad ang CDO ug Bacolod. 🤣
