the apartment struggle is real. I just moved a few months ago and me and my roommate ended up scoring a pretty good place. One of my roommate's friends was looking for an apartment and he refered his friend to our building since there were still a few units available. The friend got approved and was really happy about it and it was basically all he could talk about until earlier today, he got a call from the leasing office saying basically "sorry there was a glitch in our system and ur actually not approved." and now the poor dude has only a week to find a new place before the lease expires at his old place.
