Love your Oxblood Cassie! Shes a beauty and looks amazing with that charm. COACH does such a great job with their charms. Your YSL bag is gorgeous, but I’d inquire as well about the fading. Not something I would want to see in an expensive purchase. I hope they are able to find some resolve that doesn’t cost you. Would it be at the expense of the customer? Great video! TFS❤️✨
Awww thank you, Shunda! Love my oxblood and my chalk Cassies! They are my favorites. Hopefully, this can get resolved. I am not paying for this just for it to happen again. I shouldn’t have to pay at all. Maybe this is just a defective bag and they will replace it. We shall see. I will keep everyone posted. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for this info. Have you noticed any color transfer onto any clothing? It seems that the dye may not have been locked if it’s fading this much already. Interested to see what ysl says. I love your oxblood Cassie!
@@TheHopefulminimalist you are welcome, Sabrina. No, I haven’t noticed any transfer on clothing, but I generally don’t wear lighter colored clothing so that’s probably why I haven’t noticed anything. I will definitely keep everyone posted with an update. Thanks! My oxblood Cassie is my favorite of all 3. Chalk Cassie is my second favorite. Thanks for watching! 😊
That denim puffer is more faded than I thought. Is there any way you can take a picture that you took when you first bought it and put it next to a current picture of it? My memory of seeing that bag before, it was definitely darker. I'm sorry that it faded on you. Some spots look almost white.
Yes, it is significantly faded. I will go back and see if I have an older picture to compare to the recent photo. There is no reason for it to be fading like this.
I personally feel the luxury brands use poorer and poorer quality parts and fabrics to realize higher profits. I could be wrong but I think over the years they have found they can invest less in their supplies while increasing their prices and we the consumer will buy what they put out. The Coach Rogue hardware and leather has declined over the years. Chanel stopped using gold hardware. And we know what LV gives. The canvas they use today is nothing like they used 20 years ago. There is no excuse for a bag you’ve spent thousands on to fade. Especially considering how many bags you own and swap yours out often. 🤨
Your YSL is lovely ... I think the fading is still very lovely... the bag tag looks good on your Cassie tfs 🩷🩷
Awww thanks! I know the bag charm is a little long but I thought it worked well for the bag. Thanks for watching! 😊
The Cassie is a classic and the YSL medium puffer is iconic. Thanks for sharing! Peace and love..Suz What ☮️💛
Awww thanks, Suz! You are too kind. Thanks for watching! 😊
👍👍👍
Wow I'm sorry that happened. I hope they can make it right for you. It's still a beautiful bag and so is your Cassie ❤
Awww, thank you so much. Hopefully they will. Thanks for watching!
Love the YSL, very cute
Awww thanks, Mrs. Sparkle! 😊
Wow, I can’t believe how much your bag has faded. I have Coach denim pieces and they are great.. Good luck!
I know, Marilyn. Thanks so much!

You and me both. 🙏🏾 🙏🏾🙏🏾
🤔🤔🤔 I wonder if it light sensitive 😎
It just may be. 😊I’m very careful with it. I haven’t carried it since spring.

That’s what I was thinking. I’m praying they make it right, Liz. In my opinion, this is clearly a defect.
