railgun bullets are too fast that the atoms oF the target cant react fast enough and railgun bullet punches thru just losing a tiny amount of speed also railgun is a hypercharged electromagnetic launcher surrounded by a copper wire coil emitting a supercharged electromagnetic field (a electric magnetic field like the earth’s)
