it's not about how accurate his arrows are, it's all about everyone else is actually slow motion in his eyes, we can't see this from the video, but I feel like probably his time just travels slower
He has ^^ sometimes he plays with the largest cross hair just for fun because he knows the game and character so well, he doesn't need a cross hair to know when/where to shoot
