चारों सरिए का किनारा एक दूसरे से एक-डेढ़ फिट अलग level पर रखना उचित है। आमने-सामने के भी एक ही लेवल पर नहीं होने चाहिए।

बिल्कुल सही बात बताई है! लॅपिंगकेलिए एक मिटर सरिया छोड़ना चाहिए! कुछ ठेकेदार ( कॉन्ट्र्याक्टर)छोड़कर अधिकांश ठेकेदार यही गलती बारबार लगातार करते रहते हैं!
मैने हमेशा एक मिटर सरिया लॅपिंगकेलिए छोड़ा है! जबकि दो फिट सरिया लॅपिंगकेलिए पर्याप्त होता है!
हालहीमें मैने मेरा कमर्शियल कंस्ट्रक्शन कीमा! कंस्ट्रक्शन करके मुझे बेचनाही था!फिरभी मैने सभी कॉलमके सरिये लॅपिंगकेलिए एक मिटर छोड़ रख्खी गई थी! साथ साथ कॉलममें पर्याप्त सरियकी संख्या (नग) सरियकी मोटाई(१६ एम.एम.) रख्खी गई थी जो सशक्त कॉन्क्रीटकेलिए अत्यावश्यक है!
पहले मै भी कंस्ट्रक्शनके ठेके लिया करता था!उसे अपने सही कौशल्य अनुभव और कंस्ट्रक्शनके इंजीनियरिंगकी अत्यावश्यक जानकारीका सदुपयोग करके कंस्ट्रक्शनका काम करता था!फिरभी मजेकी बात यह है कि मेरेसे जादा काम जिनको जराभी सही जानकारी नहीं होती थी; कंस्ट्रक्शनमें ढेरों गलतीयां करते ऐसे ठेकेदारोंको बहुत काम मीलता रहता था!
अब सबसे मजेदार बात बताने जा रहा हूं!मैने सदा अनुभव लिया की मैने पुरी प्रामाणिकतासे काम करके देनेके बावजूद मुझे नुन्यतम पैसे भी नहीं दिये जाते!और जो घटिया काम करते रहते उन्हें कई गुना अधिक पैसे दिए जाते!इसको अधिक स्पष्टतासे कहूं तो लोगोंको मुर्ख बेवकूफ बनानेवाले ठेकेदार अधिक पसंद होते थे!
इस बातको लेकरमेरा मेरा चेला मुझसे एक दिन बोला," आपको सहिसे रेट बताना नही आता है!यह दुनिया ऐसी है (क्षमा चाहूंगा)की लोगोंकी जीतनी गांड मारो लोग उतनेही खूस रहती हैं!"

Mistri khada sariya hi daal dete hai pilar me kabhi joggle nahi karte hai kahte hai sariya joggle karke column kaise bandhega.
Wo pehle column bana lete hai fir purane sariya me khada karke seedha fit kar dete hai.
