Because it is a bootleg that uses a very bad sound driver
According to the creator (bootlegger) Hummer Cheng he didn’t have the budget so he listened to the music via a phone call and tried to recreate it from memory, this and a bad sound driver caused this horrible mess

Tho super boy was made becouse zemina(the company of the master system) was very popular in other forgein countires.Zemina wanted rights to publish mario games on their sistem,but nintendo didnt gave the rights of mario,so zemina came up witj super boy and others
