Old Man River is killing me!! So good to hear David Parker. I had to listen a second time and sing along. Actually had to sing along with most of these. Such a great concert! Thanks for sharing 😁

Thank you so much for posting this! I had such a great time in the U Singers, and I'm going to miss it! I've been checking your channel for this video just about every other day since we performed :)

What a fantastic and fun program! I love going unconducted for the last two - perfect choice for these songs. Great work, all! I'm doing a "Stage and Screen" concert this fall with my community group and will be stealing multiple good arrangements from this program!
I had the tremendous joy of leading U. Singers from 2006-2010, and even though these are completely different students that I've never met, I feel connected to them. (And I get a little misty-eyed watching Renfrow doing his thing - I miss that man so much!)
    Keep up the good work!

We've never had the privilege of meeting (I think), but I know your name from the archived U Singers CDs and concert programs! Thank you for your kind words! Yes! This is a very special group of singers that I ADORE. And yes, Ken Renfrow is the BEST. We love him! This was a fun concert to put together. After the opera in French (Samson and Delilah), they deserved some lighter music. :).

Everything up 2 date in K.C. is why Google/Microsoft or somebody decided to launch version 5G in K.C. (notice the rhyme?!)
