"Their seconds album was never released..." That state implies heavily that the music was in the can...correct? It also would seem that being from Boston that they would have wound up in MGM like a lot of the other era bands like Orpheus, Ultimate Spinach, etc.
I noticed some early Pink Floyd vibes in this tune. Nice going! A lot of worse bands made a good career in music, even the one-hit-wonders. I suspect there was some other strife going on with the band that tore them apart. Musically they seem quite proficient and entertaining. Sometimes all the stars don't align and bands break up. Most are forgettable, I don't think Quill is one of those bands. Cheers!
To the crybaby child of one of the brothers of this band I read ur article gross and these songs shoe u why they slipped through the cracks and ur father never wanted to speak of it they got a lucky break a Woodstock but they are terrible generic and not overly musical

This was recorded in 1969, but it sounds like something from the 90s. Way ahead of their time!
