IMO, this thing either needs a significant buff to reload with a slight buff to gun handling, or a significant buff to gun handling with a slight buff to reload. The gun is arguably the most important thing on a tank and this one brings nothing to the table currently. A mediocre tank with a mediocre gun just isnt very competetive. If its meant to be more of a brawling medium, buff the reload so the DPM is decent. If its supposed to be more support oriented, buff the gun handling and shell velocity so it can reliably hit targets at range This thing currently feels like a worse, uptiered version of the STG, which is better than some absurd, game breaking tank, but it still feels very lackluster
If you get the battle pass and complete every season. You never have to spend again. And there has been very good tanks in some of the battle pass. But yeah they could’ve made the 283 a bit better with higher shell velocity (atleast 1000) and bit better dpm (3200 with crew and equipment)
I dont see the point in playing this tank as most of us already have to grind trough the Obj. 430II to get to the Obj. 430 or Obj. 430U. I also wonder if the tank really has 6 degree of gun depression over the front or if it is as low as the Obj. 430II having only 4 degrees. All in all not really something I really looking forward to play (still grinding to the Obj. 430U).
Yeah, I mean it’s worth getting, as you never know, if it will get a buff in the future. For me it was ok, but not great if I’m being honest. I didn’t enjoy playing it that much.

Standard shell velocity should’ve been atleast 1000
And dpm need to increase by around 300, either faster fire rate or make it 400 dmg.
Needs a few things, speed buff, shell velocity, and alpha increase. Other than those three glaring issues, nice tank, haha.
there's a reason it's free, it was a rare drop exclusive on the real WOT, they just copy pasted the tank to wotB and made it a free reward.

The Bar can be painful indeed. Got a few good games with it. But as soon as I grinded the xp that tank was sold instantly
