- Pastor John provides a compelling message this week with some final warnings to the Church in Acts 20. In the biblical text, Paul reminds us that our days are limited - and there is challenging work yet to be done. Clear guidelines are extended to Christians that the real movement of God's holy power can only be procured through obedience to His Word, regardless of the outside forces of earthly trials and persecution.

This made me think alot. 3 weeks ago had leg amputation below the knee. 4 days ago I was served with divorce paperwork in which she wants "sole physical" custody of my 2 sons. I feel like the trials I'm going through now are preparing me for suffering to come. I may be overthinking it but my faith is getting stronger everyday and I am more encouraged and strengthened by the Holy Spirit every day.✌️🇺🇸

Totally worth, waking up my family at 3am to make the 10hour drive to a small metal building next to a railroad to listen to this sermon in person.

Great sermon and description of modern churches. This is exactly the discussion I had with my wife and family about our current church. No real verse by verse teaching and general moral themes based on a couple verses. We need more bible teaching churches that speak the truth.
I tried local churches. They’re all dead teaching positive world theology in a failing world. No wonder christians lamps have run dim as of late.
All I can say is when the Lord Jesus Christ comes knocking on the door you all best have love and invite Him in and you all better give Him kindness...
The hard truth is also kindness and love giving and thanksgiving.

Ive seen some stuff lately that has changed my life. I bought a Bible 4 days ago and have been reading and researching non-stop ever since. I usually watch your stuff due to firearms type stuff but this seems to be very helpful for me personally now. Im turning to ACTS and following along. Im subscribed as of right ......NOW. Teach me about the stuff written in red please Sir. Im old man but only now have I seen stuff that makes me know without a doubt that I believe.

Thankfully the rapture happens while Jesus returning to the earth. So if we’re still here we’ll get to enter in with Him in His final triumphal entry.

Anybody know what version of the bible John uses? I have a really hard time understanding the KJV in spite of it being the only one I've used since childhood.

KJV is tough given it was written over 1000 years ago. Id think John is using NLT or NIV.
2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Anything other than KJV is perverted doctrine. Missing texts that leave out God's word. Get your self a Webster 1828 dictionary and study God's word. I do enjoy Mr. Lovell but he should be using KJV

John, i love you. I also watch your content on your wps channel. You've done good in your life. You also have a zeal for the Lord that is commendable. But, yes there's a but here you and the whole church is clueless about how to walk with the Lord and be blameless. Do you think this country would be destroying itself with the curses Moses teaches unless we, God's people were sinning. This is on us, not on the unbelievers. What did Jesus say about church traditions being obeyed over the commandments of the Lord. And I'm not talking salvation, I'm talking a life by his children that is pleasing to Him. We do that then we'll get the blessings that Moses and Jesus describes. And persecutions. You're just teaching what previous generations passed on to you. As also happened to me. And yet i had those curses on my life as America does on itself. But that was good because it caused me and others to cry out for ourselves, our country, and the church.
Some traditions. Sabbath is Friday evening to Saturday evening. Passover is biblical, Easter isn't. We also don't use the passover date that Moses taught. The Catholic Church changed it. They did it to take our Jewish heritage away to divide Jewish believers from gentiles. And to make it easy to persecute jews. Unfortunately the protestant reformation didn't repent of this and heal this divide. Also if you knew any history at all you'd know that Rome is built on 7 hills. And outside of Paul, who is different in that he was a Roman citizen, and had special rights and protection because of that, the early church including Peter referred to Rome as Babylon, both symbolic and to not add to their persecution from Rome. The Catholic Church is the whore of Babylon. John writes in Revelation for believers to leave her.
We all, that is each one of us should have asked in prayer, and sometimes fasting the sins we're guilty of and repent of. Ive gone over every sin ive committed in my lifetime and repented of them. Because of this i know Jesus and the Father as kind, nice, loving. As never being anything as gentle to me as long as i submit humbly to repent. There is such a thing as deals with the devil. Just like in the movies. Believers do them. After the first one, its easy to do them subconciously after that. If you know any believers that have tds, are pro abortion, or vote Democrat, i can almost guarantee that if they are believers, then they have deals and probably cursing to repent of. Also life starts in the womb at conception. What you don't realize is that Jesus is there for each one of us. He introduces himself there. Most of us reject him and forget the meeting. Some do deals with the devil. I know people who have memories of Jesus and His love in the womb. Christians can and do have indwelt demons. Sometimes when people reject Jesus in the womb they come gay. Not surprising. There's more. I recommend reading online only "2001 lxx Greek Septuagint" go to the information bar. Then to "about" then scroll down to " why the Greek Septuagint" and it will challenge you further.

Church and state will come to America first . Creating the image of the beast that ruled Church and state for 1260 years over Europe and med.Aka ROME . After the image church state making religious laws to Think to Change Gods Times and Laws. Render unto Ceasar that which is Ceasars. And Render unto God That which is Gods. Once Americas Church comes out of her. We are told not to worship as the heathen do. However America pays Tribute to every Pagan feast - Holy days. God Convicts. Its up to us to accept. And the process is repeated

Such poor doctrine, end of Acts is talking about the failure of Israel to recognize Christ as Messiah. It has No reference to the modern "church" today. You need to rightly divide.

Yes, he’s taken an historical event and used it to encourage and inspire us to live as Paul. He’s taken nothing out of context but, he did cover this chapter very lightly.
Every part of the bible can be applied to the modern church of today, the question is how do you apply it. Our churches should be governed by scripture’s commands and principles.
