Hey guys been watching for over a year now my first videos I saw were with Kevin and they were about the lake effect snow and then the tour through park of the 5 pros and cons of living in mi 😊 anyway love the videos and how informative they are it’s how I have been able to learn about my family and I looking to move up there hopefully in this next spring but holidays first lol 😂 anyway I am a mom of six and love to see a tour of the general shopping areas like target Walmart home stores (tjmaxx home goods ) that sort of thing. Those are hard to find even in google earth it’s just hard to get a feel for what the everyday lifestyle would be like there for us. Anyway if y’all could share insight or vids of those areas that would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks guys looking forward to more Michy vids and learning more for hopefully our next state!!
I'm from Montague MI. Wild to see Old channel Trail golf coarse up for sale. Im thinking they're desperate soon. Asking 12.5m, I'm thinking 3-4m$ a year or two from now.
I feel horrible for those that are now underwater… with no end in sight to higher rates, a 30% drop or more in median home price is not off the table. More expensive neighborhoods will get crushed due to lack of interest. I hope rates go up even more to reduce inflation personally. Bear in mind that rates are to remain high until inflation is controlled and at a healthy 2%. To put it in perspective, there has never been a period in which the Fed has ever lowered inflation by that much in a two year period. With that being said, I think it’ll be a while until we see the bottom imho
@@livinginwestmi yeah i will, i, just like buyer have to face reality. their prices wont hold and my hopes of it dropping that low are long gone, maybe-ish. right now i am on mls and debating on paying the 38 bucks to look for something id not find on "zillow" ech i dont like zillow

im holding for houghton lake to fall 40% or should i really say, hoping. i rent in northwest arkansas, michigan is much more realistic for my income
