सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल के मामले पर कहा, केजरीवाल कोई आदतन अपराधी नहीं है । ये अपने आप में असधारण केस है। वो दिल्ली के CM है। हम इस विचार करेगे कि क्या अंतरिम ज़मानत दी जा सकती है।आप इस पर अपनी दलीलें रखें। मेहता - अगर ऐसा होता है तो इसका आप लोगो पर ग़लत असर पड़ेगा।इसका ग़लत संदेश जाएगा कि किसी आरोपी को प्रचार के लिए ज़मानत मिल रही है! कोर्ट - हम समझ रहे है कि केजरीवाल ने 9 समन की अवहेलना की। आपके एतराज को हम समझ रहे है।आप अंतरिम ज़मानत पर दलीलें रखें.
Supreme Court said on Kejriwal's case, Kejriwal is not a habitual criminal. This is an extraordinary case in itself. He is the CM of Delhi. We will consider whether interim bail can be granted. You present your arguments on this. Mehta - If this happens, it will have a negative impact on you people. It will send a wrong message that an accused is getting bail for publicity! Court - We understand that Kejriwal ignored 9 summons. We understand your objection. You should present your arguments on interim bail.

The consulate on behalf of the CM, Delhi requesting such nine summons, court copy of FIR, Vengeance attitude to take him, UT LG & history behind the twelve years of coordination between LG & CM, Amendment & such notifications by union Government in favour of LG's in 8 th of March 2023 about rights & dictatorial attitude is self explicit. The apex judiciary has its constitutional responsibility to make a way for impartial judgement on behalf of indian citizens to receive.
