I still find it hard to get my head around the fact that within roughly 6 months of this recording he was gone. A musical genius and GOAT in my opinion. The words, the meanings, the message, the feel. Every live recording has something slightly different in it. Never ever get tired of hearing him after all these years.
As a native of Jamaica, and someone who gives Bob Marley the most supreme respect of all times.I would like to commemorate his life time work and achievements. He has sung songs for the people who can't sing for themselves. He has given voices to the people at the bottom of the food chain. He is an icon, a Jamaican hero, and an introspection to all mankind to give ourselves a moral and ethical thinking about life and humanity..One Love RIP BOB

I saw Bob Marley and the Wailers played at the Palace Park June 7th 1980 London with my brother Phill and he's mate Ian very good gig and a great day out. The lineup was Bob Marley and the Wailers. The average white band Joe Jackson band and the q tips with Paul Young. The tickets were £7.50 each. Nice one one love

I don't know but in some unspoken way I think it must have been difficult for Bob and the wailers to be performing some of the same sets of songs that they've been doing since 1973 as opposed to doing new material every year which they did have every year but it's kind of sad how they had to keep relying on some of the routine material they did in the early to Middle 70s neglecting to feature some of the other new material they had on the new albums that were released each year from 1976 to 1980
just the opposite. Talking Blues is soon after the band became Bob Marley & The Wailers, this footage is soon before Bob's passing on to Zion.
