It’s not that close to downtown you can’t walk there but driving is pretty quick I would say at most 10 mins give or take if the traffic isn’t too bad.
Hey there, this is built by the same development company that built New City. They are very reputable. Please send me an email and I can put you in contact with someone that can tell you more about the construction quality, and we can chat about your real estate plans. Zach@foxre.com
Depends on the size of the unit but two bedrooms like the one we showed in the Low 2000s. Email me if you’re looking to make a move, I’m happy to Help zach@foxre.com
The overwhelming majority of the people buying all of those apartments and condos are not Mexican nationals it’s Americans mostly of Mexican descent but they are Americans and the reason might be because they can’t buy land or houses as easily as it is an apartment/condo and since there is no price/rent control yet the owners are skyrocketing the prices. However that might change next year with Morena proposing price and rent controls
The issue with this units is July and still construction noise, high price for a one bedroom… plenty of high end options for 1200 usd even a house in the same area
@@ZorroTravelsTheWorld there are pádel courts everywhere now, even on the side of Landmark there’s a big pádel complex. But I hope you find the right person to rent the unit. I currently see a lot of offerings, and unhappy investors.
It’s depends. New projects 20 or 30 %. Of down payment. You can pay 10% o 15% and you pay the rest until you sing and receive tge keys. After that you start paying your mortgage

Adelitas was closed more than a year. Not sure, it's opened now or it is in history. It is sad.

Down payment percentage ???
There are different financing options. Shoot me an email if you’re thinking of making a move zach@foxre.com
In Mexico is at least 20% for US paychecks, as low as 10% for Mexican income
