I watched this after your London City Island video as I'm thinking of moving there. Your videos have great pacing and are very well edited. You're also a very good storyteller!

Wow, we probably both briefly worked together at Coty (I was at GHD!) such a small world. You’ve done the right thing to go off travelling - I’m much older than you (lol) and I’d always say when you are in your 20’s that is the time to take risks and broaden your horizons. Take career risks, and explore the world. That’s what I did, and I have no regrets

omg no way, that's such a small world!! you would have been on the 7th floor right? thank you so much for the advice - it was such a 'should we/shouldn't we?!' decision since we're both a few years into our careers, but then when would we ever get the chance again... so many thoughts! but so glad we decided to do it!!

You 100% did the right thing! You’re 20’s when you have less responsibilities (eg mortgage 😢) is the time to do this. Yes, was at GHD but at that time Coty didn’t incorporate us into the Wimbledon HQ - GHD HQ was in Soho in a tiny office.

ah no way! would have definitely preferred a Soho office location compared to Wimbledon aha, although I'd probably have been much poorer. I think a mortgage will be a longggg way away for us now, or we could potentially be renting forever with the market 😭

Being in love as a young woman with a boyfriend in NYC is absolutely fantastic!
