Can you do a video breaking down your buy to let investment. There seems to be a real shortage of trustworthy content on UK property investing. Thank you and happy new year.
If you have a hobby, or a passion that you enjoy, and you can monetise that to either to fund the hobby or build savings / investment that's a good starting point.
Chances are you won't either. Thats just the reality. Used to look for inspiration on these videos until I realised the videos contain f all useful. Give up on all investing videos on TH-cam and get to Internet searching and researching thay way. Don't forget, this is their hobby they are trying to making money from and will just put out any old shite.
Happy Sunday Mitch! I've got a diary full of ideas but I find my biggest hurdle is procrastination. I already created a channel a while ago, and have folders of half edited premiere pro documents 😅
@@user-op8fg3ny3j ah mate, I know how you feel, even now I’ll script, record and edit a video and then scrap it at the last minute! Just press publish on the content and just see what happens 🙂
Hey Mitch, thanks for the video! Love the optimistic and encouraging message 🙏🏻I was just wondering during those first 6 months of growing your channel did you post one video per week? What was your strategy here if you didn’t mind sharing? Thanks in advance!
@@archibible hey! Thanks so much. When I first started it was once per week, but then at points I did scale up to 2-3 uploads a week which naturally became unsustainable, so I’ve just been doing 1 a week now for quite some time. Hope that helps!
@@bmInvestments01 Sure, but in the Golden days you could make that in a month with a bit of effort....or Cheltenham week. It's just not scalable or sustainable any longer imho.
when the majority are on bread lines affording a start up is impossible. I have 3 great ideas, a potential fortune 500 business, i don't have the cash to hire a programmer to make it happen.
love that you've got the ideas! You could always look into getting funding (like on dragons den!), or just starting with something smaller and using it as a stepping stone to create a bigger and more impactful business!
Hello and good evening. I hope that you are well! Have you got an email I can contact you on regarding this? I am really struggling with living costs in the UK and would be super grateful for some help. I would even be willing to do some admin/promotion for your page. thank you

@@ScipioAfricanus809 yeah no problem at all, I’ve just bought another so I’ll make some content around that new investment soon if it’s helpful!
@MitchShoesmith looking forward to it, thank you and keep up the great content.
@@MitchShoesmith ooooo, can't wait to hear about it. congrats!
I am planning to start my side hustle in accounting works but finding a difficulty to get jobs. Do you know any sites for freelance work??
Fivrr, Upwork, I’m sure there are plenty more!
My problem is: How to find a good side hustle. I have no ideas.
I’d get on ChatGPT to get some initial inspiration!

Dont think staying in and watching the TV can be monetised.
Make content reviewing what you watch or sell movie posters that you like

@ Brilliant, thanks mate! That sounds quite attainable to me! Are you experimenting with shorts too?
Matched betting. £3k a year risk free and tax free.
This is something I need to look into.👍
I think the golden days of matched betting are long gone. The hourly rate is pretty low and the bookies are quick to gub.
@@Trenchfoot1disagree, ave made 4k over 13 months had a few gubbings 4k from my phone is not too shabby.

@@MitchShoesmithdragons den and things like that want the business up and running before hand. Initial investment is hard to get.
Government really needs to open up to domestic investing if they want a UK silicone valley/fortune 500s
Looking for an investor???
Airbnb/rent to rent anyone thinks of this business ?
