DO NOT GET THE INDUSTRIAL MACHINE!!! Otherwise where else would I find the absolutely best sentro tutorial?!!! Just kidding, but seriously , I feel like watching you use a cheaper machine but still make all these SUPER CUTE pieces is really inspiring. But I do understand the limitations on sentro can be annoying sometimes, so do whatever you want to do~ luv u
QUEEN HAHHA that's soooooooooooo valid!!! love u too!! but I'm so glad u love the tutorials bestie! the machine i'm getting is actually only $150 so more beginner friendly in terms of price but i promise i'll keep up the sentro tutorials!!!!
@@lilyfoubisou Yayyyyy, please keep these iconic sentro tutorials/vlogs coming!! But low-key I guess I probably would invest in an industrial one as well. I mean you are the one who lures me into buying a sentro when I knew literally zero about knitting or crochet. I just know I'll fall for the 'trap' again hahahahah
I literally found your channel this morning and have been binge watching your videos all day! 🫶🏽 I absolutely love your channel! I’m a crochet girly but I literally went and bought a Sentro machine after seeing your maxi dress tutorial!🤩 Gonna look more into duplicate stitching. Thank you so much! ❤
This is super cute! I found you thru sentro content but if it’s breaking down & you need a replacement it seems like a logical step to buy an industrial machine (less likely to need to be replaced again, can be repaired etc.). You actually make clothes regularly, it won’t be a waste of $. Just do what makes sense to you. We’ll watch either way
i was doubting whether to get a km or not but after seeing ur tutorials and how many cool things u made with it im def getting it!! thank u for ur amazing content!!
SOOOO GOOOD!!! Can't wait to give it a try!! Just curious - what is your favorite yarn to use for projects like these?? Need some inspo 🙏✨ thank you thank you!!
THANK UUUU so much!!!! I love to use a DK weight yarn for the sentro bc it’s less see through that way! I use a wool/silk blend that’s super soft and stretchy, acrylic is not my fave for quality reasons but it’s also harder to use with the sentro machine bc it’s not suuuuper stretchy!!!
I found an industrial knitting mavhine at the Salvation Army. We recently moved and I can't wait to set it up. They said all the parts were in the box. Fingers crossed.
omg rooting for you!!! thats so exciting!! even if it's missing some things, you can probably find them on Amazon/ebay! I had to replace the sponge in my industrial machine and it was really easy!!
I'm happy I came to this party! I love this video but I have a question, How did you come up with your measurements or do you have a video you recommend for measurements?
yay me too!!! I just use a tape measure to measure my bust waist and hips! and for sizing, I usually base it on other successful patterns I've made, I pretty much have an idea for what should fit me at this point!!
I know this is a older video but I just found you and I think u da bomb! 💣 Enjoyed your presentation and subbed right away. Thank you for sharing and appreciate all your hard work putting this together, I work hard doing mine. L&L 2U always BmB 💙
You can make multiple panels for the front, back and arms!!! The only problem is there would be a seam down the front and back :/ you can join them so they’re pretty invisible but sadly the sentro can only make single panels that are 48 stitches wide
hiiiii! *insert old yt trigg’rd loud buzz sound here* 😂 i know ur probably sooooo tired of my comments😂😂but i’m *sooo happy* to see this video and you! my day has been made.❤🥺the yarn wizard has arrived and she posted a new video!😂😂k i’m gonna shut-up! *now* let’s address the industrial knitting machine idea. *warrning* ur about to witnesss the opinions of someone who is *incredibly* obSESSED with knitting machines. enter at your own rii$k!🚨 so when you say “industrial” do you mean like the machine that british textile knitwear designer/ig knit girl *millicent sanders* has (an 8GG Dubied- basically the threadiest of threads gauge professional industrial knitting machine)?😂😂 or do you mean like the *silver reed SK 280* which is a standard gauge (sport weight to like double stranded thread-ish weight yarns) knitting machine that norwegian knitwear designer/tiktoker *tuva sandok* uses? since the yarn you hand dye is *DK weight* , i would suggest the *silver reed LK 150* because it’s a mid gauge machine meaning like DK to maybe heavy fingering weight yarns. i know this is a lot of information. i’m so sorry.. i talk too much.. yt needs to add *voice memos* with captions to the comment section.😂😂 anyways, i have a lot more to i say but i’ll save it for *if you actually want me to share* it with you. k bye! - jamie p.s. again *sooooorrrrrryyyyyy* for the essay comment. i’m n saaaaane.😂 and sorry if you already knew all this stuff but pls do lmk if you want me to say more.😂
omg HEYYYYY!!!! thanks for all of the advice!! you sound like you know way more than me!! Lol but I actually ended up getting a brother KX350 from fb marketplace as a starting machine before i invest in anything fancier!!! video coming soon 🤫
@@lilyfoubisou ohh okay!!!😂😂haha!! yeah.. i’m just a little *obSESSED* with knitting machines.😂😂but that’s smart that you got a cheaper one first! i’m quite excited to see a knitting machine video. and i know you’ll be able to make a lot more now without the limitations of the little machine.👏👏👏woooo! she graduated!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Would love to see you do one with increasing/decreasing on the Sentro machine for the sleeves. I'm curious how difficult it is

this is so kind, thank you so much!!!! 💖
This is soooooo good. Quick Q: how do you keep track of rows when knitting in panel mode? I'm a Sentro newbie and it's driving me nuts.
thank youuu!!! I actually bought a row counter on Amazon and it's so worth it imo!!! Here's the one I bought: amzn.to/3p1xtiA
@@lilyfoubisou this is huge!!! thank you!!

Hi girly!!! Thank you so much!!! ❤️❤️
You’re a genius!
Omg thank uuu!!!
about to make this, was wondering what website you use for the duplicate stitches to map it out on the knit top?
I use stitch fix!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH
OF COURSE
I so wud pay for a zoom call tutorial to learn how to properly do the waste yarn part to make everything neat
Crafty Grrl’s channel has a pretty short and straightforward waste yarn tutorial
Koala Knit and Knacks also have a good tutorial
how many stitches did you cast on?
this is super cute omgg have to try! around how many grams was this?
Thank youuuu!!!! I believe this was about 350-400g!!
How do you count your rows when working in pannels?
I just count in my head each time I do a row
There are row counters on Amazon but idk if that's for panel mode
yesss let's GO!!!
YAYYYYY
What pink yarn did you use?!
It's yarn I dye myself!!! I do actually sell it in my shop tho: www.foubisou.co/shop/p/bubblegum
idk if you’ve figured this out yet but if you have could you please do a tutorial on bell sleeves? 🙏🏾🙏🏾
does the machine keep count of the stitches ? when i set my machine to panel setting it doesnt keep count:-( any tips on how to keep count?
it doesn't in the panel setting!!! but I have this panel setting row counter from Amazon: amzn.to/41MjOeJ
Hey there how many grams of yarn did you use for just the whole tee? if you remember 😅
I'm not totally sure.....probably like 200g-250g!!
Thank you so much ⭐️
WITHWENDY!!!

Can that knitting machine knit a vest..?
Yes absolutely!!
