I also don't recommend roasting them in the oven at high temperature, as they would turn a more brownish color as well. Hola Ana, esta receta no lleva ningún colorante. Si haces esta receta y sigues todos los pasos, te quedará un color verde como el mío. Para que esto sea así, tienes que retirarles la piel a los pistachos y no se pueden tostar en el horno a alta temperatura, como hacen en muchas recetas, porque así queda un color amarronado. Saludos🤗

Todos ponen Colorante verde pq sin Colorante NUNCA. queda verde!!!
