My weChat account got blocked and I’m trying to unblock it by sending a verification code but I keep getting “Unable to receive SMS Verification” Is it because it’s a Nigerian phone number?

The same thing happened to me, I had to go outside my apartment where there was great healthy network reception, and I received the verification code. Try doing the same thing, hope it works. Good luck

I don't help out with blocked accounts. It hardly works. My advice to you is to create a new WeChat account.
@@itsflorahenry Thanks, however I have given this number on my bank account and to international office as well. Would I need to update the new number from the bank and the International office? Is it easy to update the new number because I'll buy a new number here?
Thank you for this video. I'm not sure exactly why my account got blocked, I was busy adding suppliers and had added only 4 at a time then it got blocked. I'm suspecting though that it could be one of the suppliers who might have reported by account. I had sent them a message which I followed up on then after later that day I got blocked as I was adding suppliers. The reason they gave for having blocked my account is violations such as harassment, malicious marketing and fraud. I honestly didn't do any of that. I have tried contacting the wechat team with no success. May someone please assist me
