During these times of recession is it a good choice to move from tcs to cts, cts is providing 100% hike but my technology is sap business objects. Can you suggest please. As in cts there is some bench period then like firing and all. So i am a big worried.

In these scenario how long will they provide me project interview opportunity or will they fire me after a month or two. Please give a detailed answer it would be really very helpful. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi, Thanks for the video. I had a doubt. Actually I was directly assigned a senior grade after getting placed from college. But when I got my domain and everything, they didn't assign me any project because I had less experience. Also I haven't developed much skill set because I joined as a fresher, hence unable to crack any interview. I have a 2 years bond with them, but at the same time they have 3 months bench policy. They have already terminated many people from company I am studying hard to crack interviews. Would they throw me out after 3 months even if I have bond signed with them? Please reply, would be a great help

I was giving an interview for a sap finance project but my interview consisted questions on Java,OOPs and Database!!
It was a support project and I got stuck there.Yet I got to learn many things in due course of time although I hated it in the beginning!!
