I was with 0 thoughts while I was listening to her , and was visualising answers of all questions.. And while I was in the last part of video.. already feeling so much relaxed and positive.. she asks final question.. "Are u master shifter , let me answer it for u.. Yesss!!" BOOM , sudeen silence and I was completely in void for 5-10 Seconds...🥺❤️
I've tried this for 2 times now, and both times managed to get me to feel weird and shifty, I just need to remember to set an intention before in case I fall asleep💀 Is the music a subliminal or just regular music? Also, you should definitely make a waiting room version or a longer one! This is a good method, I'm glad I found this.

One thing I love about this is that you talk calmy but also normally. I've tried guided meditations before (not for shifting though) and for some reason, they always do this faux calm voice that is just irritating. They elongate their words and make their voices lower in a way that is unnatural. "Clooose your eeeeyes.......and taaake a deeeeeeeep breeaath........iiiiinn *exaggerated inhale*

Alright so last night i tried this as an overnight method: Didnt meditate or anything prior to this (probs should have) but i laid down and got comfortable as always etc etc. first impressions; pretty good questions, they moved on too quick imo (id rather take some more time to explain and visualise), but near the middle i realise im starting to get symptoms, light flashes, increased heart rate, the usual bunch. Worked through the questions without moving (as recommended usually since it just makes it easier) and on the last one i realised the time passed really quickly, and that ive built up alot more of my mental image on the place (basically visualised much clearer than usual and understood alot more about my dr. To summarise: i didnt shift. Not yet. Throughout the whole thing, especially early on, i could feel that i was going to and was getting really positive about it so thats great. Will be doing this again tonight 100% and will probably try doing this as an awake method in a short while. Recommendation for creator: add some soft subliminal messaging in the background. That would make it MUCH more effective i think, nothing crazy just affirmations relating to the method ("I have shifting", "im a master shifter", "how did i shift so easily?", "i will wake up in my desired reality" etc). You could also experiment with sine frequencies for those who cant focus that well incase they have something like adhd, and in general could be nice. Ill be updating here just reply to remind me!!

One feedback that I have for this is that sometimes the silences given between one question and other seems a bit too short.
