    Beware of Fraudulent Practices at OPTP Gujar Khan!
    I recently had a highly disappointing experience at OPTP Gujar Khan, which compelled me to share my feedback. During my visit on Saturday, I encountered unprofessional conduct from the staff that left me feeling disrespected and frustrated.
    Upon attempting to make a payment with my card, I was informed by the order taker that my card was not working. However, to my surprise, I later discovered that a charge of 390 rupees was deducted from my account for the same order. This inconsistency and lack of transparency were deeply disheartening.
    While I cannot generalize this incident to include all customers or accuse the restaurant of widespread fraudulent activities, I do believe that the unprofessional behavior I experienced should not be tolerated. The staff's attitude and failure to rectify the situation have left a lasting negative impression.
    I hope that OPTP Gujar Khan takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue appropriately. Customers deserve honest and respectful service, and it is essential for the restaurant to uphold these values. I encourage the management to investigate this incident and provide necessary training to ensure such incidents do not recur.
    I genuinely hope OPTP Gujar Khan takes steps to improve their customer service and regain the trust of its patrons.
