It's a signal cable with a quater jack on one side and a phone jack on the other end

It's possible, but not practical if you have more that 1 input .. so in short you need a power amplifier

Hello, there are soo many types yo choose from .. your needs ie the number of speakers you have will determine if you go for a powered mixer or a plain Mixer and combine with a power amplifier
