Penta is close with multiple admins and while he does have a direct line to Koil, it doesn't sound like Koil is protecting him all that much of recent, I think it's mostly the admins that are backing him right now.

I believe there was a clip yesterday where the people had a cop hostage outside Mrpd and a cop came running out from the side shooting and killing the criminal without considering the life of the hostage
With a hostage you can make them comply to some demands but it does not mean you can make them do anything you want. Not in irl and not in RP. You can't take a hostage and say " Give me 2mil or he dies" and expect them to comply or not shoot you. Anyone could do that then, why bother with heists. They got Dundee for the hostage, 1 for 1, Dundee wanted the car also to be repaired and given to them. High command said no, nothing the cops can do to that. They end the negotiations 1 for 1, Dundee then gets pissed and comes back to shot the hostage while knowing he will for sure get mowed down. Only thing cops did kind of wrong was spiking them. But you can't really blame them when "not spiking" was not part of negotiations just the don't shoot. Low move but completely fair.

I think they justify it by basically saying "If you can get away without killing the hostage, then you should do that". I do not know exactly the situation Whippy was talking about, but I do remember once where he had a hostage ~ called a friend to get a car, and then got in the car. And instead of just driving away he shot the hostage and then drove (causing him to be shot upon). Stuff like that I would assume, although idk specifics.

Nvl is only applied when the admins want to apply them, just like every other rule on an RP server. Rules are selectively enforced based on the admins' biases and emotions rather than any objective standard. This is how it has always been done, and how it will always be done in the future. It sucks when your favorite streamer gets a ban, but it's better for the server's long-term health for people to take breaks when their characters start rubbing too many people the wrong way.
I don't get it. Whipppy is a great role player but with more of the stuff that goes on in the server why doesn't anyone else get banned? All the ooc talk I see in game on streams etc but their still there the next day? It's continual too so that's why I'm confused a little.

I don’t know the specific scenario with what happened with Whippy but the whole idea in general of not being able to kill a hostage because that’s NVL is incredibly stupid so I truly hope Whippy misspoke and that’s not actually a rule youre meant to follow in most cases. obviously it’s different if you kill the hostage for absolutely no reason but if you give reasonable demands or start to get breached i assumed it would be completely allowed to kill the hostage (and honestly that should be some kind of forced perma or at least ICU for the hostage because the cops didn’t value the hostages life where the hostage had no control over what happened), but based on exactly what Whippy said in this clip he seemed to imply that even that isn’t allowed which surely means cops would be allowed to just breach every hostage situation and not give a fuck about the hostage because the criminal will get banned if they kill the hostage, and honestly i believe that NoPixel is bad enough to have that legitimately be the rules
He just needs to go back to his early 3.0 roots. Insane driving/getaways and more heavy non-shooting RP. That is how he spiked in viewers (obviously also because it involved Sykkuno and X). Dundee's change after the waterboarding arc has just made him stressed out and broken so many bridges (IC obviously).
I think screaming and swearing is fine, its part of Dundee's identity lol. But yeah, just find something fun to do, maybe just be a ridealong for a few different crews. That way maybe you wont mald as much as you wont be the face of the incident.

honesltly man , they can say whatever but if you kill an hostage and they say this is nvl , then what's the point of commiting crime anyways ? every time you are getting into any type of crime you are indirectly engaging in the possibility of getting shot , if you demand something from the police and they do the opposite and or mess up their plan how can they get punished ? if you have a sistem that doesn't punish you in any way if you mess up then where is the fun ? , they say that they can get striked and or get demoted , but this punishment is based on the fact that an admin or somebody that is higher in command agrees that he messed up , instead crims can mess up hacks, can mess up chases , can mess up hostage situations and many other things and if they do they get a temporal suspension from roleplaying and a fine in dollars how can that be fair .

I watched nopixel bc of sykkuno when I went to college I stopped so I need to catch but my understanding with the Yuno dundee situation is they both started to do more things with their gangs which lead to a separation or it could be that Yuno telling dundee the heartfelt thing about how he found what he was looking for in the city day one when he meet dundee was essentially the end of thier arc together
The NVL rule is dependent on context... It depends how the NVL was RP'ed... bc the server literally has the NVL twins that do random dumb shit that make it fun for the server...
All im saying is in this clip itself shows how good of a roleplayer he is the amount of leniency they gave him as a crim for stuff that I would say would get him banned if he was not that good of a roleplayer. I think they justify it by basically saying "If you can get away without killing the hostage, then you should do that".
I do not know exactly the situation Whippy was talking about, but I do remember once where he had a hostage ~ called a friend to get a car, and then got in the car. And instead of just driving away he shot the hostage and then drove (causing him to be shot upon).
Stuff like that I would assume, although idk specifics.

Nvl is only applied when the admins want to apply them, just like every other rule on an RP server. Rules are selectively enforced based on the admins' biases and emotions rather than any objective standard. This is how it has always been done, and how it will always be done in the future. It sucks when your favorite streamer gets a ban, but it's better for the server's long-term health for people to take breaks when their characters start rubbing too many people the wrong way.

I don’t know the specific scenario with what happened with Whippy but the whole idea in general of not being able to kill a hostage because that’s NVL is incredibly stupid so I truly hope Whippy misspoke and that’s not actually a rule youre meant to follow in most cases. obviously it’s different if you kill the hostage for absolutely no reason but if you give reasonable demands or start to get breached i assumed it would be completely allowed to kill the hostage (and honestly that should be some kind of forced perma or at least ICU for the hostage because the cops didn’t value the hostages life where the hostage had no control over what happened), but based on exactly what Whippy said in this clip he seemed to imply that even that isn’t allowed which surely means cops would be allowed to just breach every hostage situation and not give a fuck about the hostage because the criminal will get banned if they kill the hostage, and honestly i believe that NoPixel is bad enough to have that legitimately be the rules

I think screaming and swearing is fine, its part of Dundee's identity lol. But yeah, just find something fun to do, maybe just be a ridealong for a few different crews. That way maybe you wont mald as much as you wont be the face of the incident.

honesltly man , they can say whatever but if you kill an hostage and they say this is nvl , then what's the point of commiting crime anyways ? every time you are getting into any type of crime you are indirectly engaging in the possibility of getting shot , if you demand something from the police and they do the opposite and or mess up their plan how can they get punished ? if you have a sistem that doesn't punish you in any way if you mess up then where is the fun ? , they say that they can get striked and or get demoted , but this punishment is based on the fact that an admin or somebody that is higher in command agrees that he messed up , instead crims can mess up hacks, can mess up chases , can mess up hostage situations and many other things and if they do they get a temporal suspension from roleplaying and a fine in dollars how can that be fair .

I watched nopixel bc of sykkuno when I went to college I stopped so I need to catch but my understanding with the Yuno dundee situation is they both started to do more things with their gangs which lead to a separation or it could be that Yuno telling dundee the heartfelt thing about how he found what he was looking for in the city day one when he meet dundee was essentially the end of thier arc together

All im saying is in this clip itself shows how good of a roleplayer he is the amount of leniency they gave him as a crim for stuff that I would say would get him banned if he was not that good of a roleplayer. Tbh im no cop viewer but all those people shit talk penta I get it he is annoying but I think people forget the constant battle in rp between rp vs. content. Penta definitely is more on the rp side of things trying to build a story line where he brings down the biggest criminals, like Yuno said a few days ago after he caught them in the casino his type of rp doesn't necessarily fit everyone because of the stress that comes with doing nothing while streaming and how that will affect the channel. But honestly after Yuno instance I came to realize how if all you did was just rp how richer of a cop interaction that would be to a criminal, people say they hate cops but only a few are actually named Wrangler is honestly in my opinion as annoying as he can be one of the best cops. Also if anything I haven't myself ever really watched a cop rp but I imagine it to be boring as hell just responding to banks, boosts, and other crimes with the occasional shootout. Honestly how boring would rp get if all cop interactions were free from conflict outside the crim v cop he keeps people on their toes because even the slightest hint of a crime he will hop on it.
