Thanks for this! I missed this boat 30 years ago and you’ve allowed me to capture it. I can imagine living it. It means more to me than I can express.

I love Jay playing guitar on Jeff's songs.

I just finished Jeff’s book and he says his songs were wrote to accompany Jays songs. This performance makes it really obvious. Thanks for putting it out.

I was at this show! Can't believe it exists on video. Thanks for sharing - very psyched to watch! After the show, Jeff & Jay had to push through the crowd like the rest of us due to the shape of the club. We all wound up getting beers at the bar at the same time. Jeff was friendly and chatty...Jay was more of the say-one-word-and-then-stare-at-your-own-shoes type.

While this is in, my opinion, an important historical document of one of the greatest bands to ever breathe air, live they were fucking spectacular. You knew you were seeing god damn legends. I saw them twice. There was a spiritual aura about them. Hard to find words. That's why Levon Helm, REM, and many other hall of famers knew Uncle Tupelo was the real deal.

What a great find for this morning! Thank you so much for putting this up. Incredible sound and great video access. Sadly never got to see them live, as I was 20 in ‘92 and just learning of them a little too late.

Loved the Lounge Ax, it was really just a narrow bar with a small stage at one end. Great video! Sad that I never saw UT when I spent 14 years in Chicago from 1993 - 2007. I'm sure UT played the Double Door, a larger but still intimate venue in Bucktown, which is still there.

Id like to hear Billy Strings cover No Depression. In Fact I would love to see a Bottle Rockets, Uncle Tupelo, Billy Strings tour. Get Henneman off the couch . Im not sure how someone could purposely not give fans what they want to hear even if its just one last tour.

Is Chicago the "Three hour away town" ? Guess I could google it. Google maps has it as a 4.5 hour drive. So I don' know.
