Becoming Nigel Vardy

Nigel Vardy, also known as 'Mr Frostbite', became a record-breaking British mountaineer after getting caught in freezing temperatures on Mount McKinley in Alaska. He lost all of his fingers and toes, part of his left foot, his nose and part of his cheek. In this video, he shares he story and what he thinks it takes to succeed.
