‘People’ is a track on D2, Suga’s 2020 Agust D mixtape. IU is singer/songwriter and actor and a huge star in her own right in Korea. She and Suga are about the same age and have been friends for a while. They’ve collaborated before and I’d recommend IU’s ‘Eight’, which Suga produced and features on. It’s a deep song and beautiful, with a sad back story.

His D-Day album will be released on April 21st and the lead single Haegeum will be released on April 14th! This song was released 4 days ago (April 7) so it makes sense that the algorithm gave you latest released by a BTS member!
