- Meet John Kagai aka KJ, business owner KJ Salon and Barber Shop in Eldoret. He attended the Centonomy Entrepreneur Program Season 14 courtesy of a scholarship sponsored by Safaricom in partnership with The Afro Hair Awards, TAHA.
KJ shares his journey at the graduation and mentorship session which took place at Centonomy, Victoria Plaza, 5th Floor in Westlands, Nairobi.

hiring people who are smarter than you is so key but i see situations where bosses are intimidated by such hence the phrase over qualified. If that over qualified person is applying for your position, he or she does not deem themselves overqualified but a valuable asset to your team.
