It's not that it's too dangerous but that it's too much of a hassle. She'd have to jump into the water, possibly getting hurt, swim in cold water to catch the animal which would be very difficult, also because her fur would get heavy from water, and even if she ends up catching the animal, she'd have to trek back to the lair up the mountain with little energy left. Gorgeous mom and a handsome boy! What a special treat it is to watch the two beautiful animals !!
Imagine humans running on that same cliff-- cranium split into two , some 203 bones crushed and shattered, followed by coma for a decade. Scary.
No coma, you’ve just become a sumptuous meal for a hungry Leopard.
@@uncontrollable343 snow leopards aren't leopards, they're closer to tigers. and snow leopards aren't aggressive towards humans, they run away in the sight of us even if they're feasting.
@@uncontrollable343 Snow leopards dont care about humans, you have to be very unlucky to be attacked or killed by one
I have seen so many "First" snow leopard videos now that I don't even know which one actually is the First.
Sukrit Chaudhary
This is the first.
If Mr. Attenborough says this one is the first, then so it is. To be fair, he could be lying through his teeth and I still would believe him. ))
He says it's the first intimate snow leopard moment captured on film. It means he was talking about the mother caressing its child.
So basically no snow leopard had been captured on film being cute and all. -_-
That's not what he means by the word intimate. He means up close, in the wild. A proper observation. This footage aired over 10 years ago
I know what it means, I was joking. But in hindsight I can see how that is difficult to read so I've added a smiley lol
Wow! I have never seen a Snow Leopard in action like this! What a magestic beast! Absolutely stunning!
Almost 450 snow leapords are in Pakistan. We should safe these beautiful spieces❤
Need to look after them
Its from afghanistan 🤦🏿♂️
@Ahmad Mohsin 😂😂 no
Man,
That goat and leopard or pretty damn beautiful. And I don’t say that a lot.
That's not really a goat. That's "markhor". Markhors often eat snakes
Awais Nice they don’t eat snakes, they are simply extremely good at killing them
Road 35 it helps that their surroundings compliment their fur too.

Snow leopards have to be the most beautiful cat ever, then the clouded leopard, lynx and then tiger.
@Derreck Jones each to their own I guess 😊
you never seen a puma¿??
@@crimepays8358 Yeah I have but don’t find it that cute
The scenery is so beautifulll 😭😭😭 do I want to live there? Absolutely not, I prefer house kitties and farm goats but this is beautiful man.
I watched a behind the scenes, it took months and months for that cameraman to even see a snow leopard. That whole Planet Earth series took like 5 years to film.
That is mind blowing😳
Wow😮😮❤
Snow Leopards are so fluffy and cute 😂💕

Snow leopards are my favorite animals they're so beautiful and so elusive
Snow leopards such impressive animals. This is why we need to protect wildlife as much as possible, for moments like this.
I am not sure why but I always liked snow leopards, they are majestic.
“Shifu taught you well. But he didn’t teach you everything.”
Greatest chase scene ever. Complete with Hollywood ending.
The camera operator did a majestic job of capturing all that so smoothly.
Truly majestic cat. Very graceful even when stalking and running down extremely dangerous cliffs
1:30 That tail ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
That leopard is so cute .
Really amazing!!! I wonder how excited the team was when they caught that moment! Breathtaking!
WoOow I never thought that Pakistan have this such beautiful wildlife and unique animals
Love from your neighbors Iran ❤💚💛💜💙
if only you knew how are wildlife is diversified, (we got 3 footlong squirrels beat that lol)
I saw a snow leapord in Naltar valley of Pakistan. It was young who fell from mountain and could not join his mother, so authorities kept him. What a beautiful creature it was.
She is simply MESMERIZING!
That balance and agility is unreal must be nice to witness irl
0:50 a snow leopard, ghost of the Himalayas. Dreaded apex predator.
*Stretches and yawns like Garfield*
Cat has to cat.
Snow leopards are such a comfort animal 🩷
Can we all just give a round of applause to the camera person who kept track of that insane chase!?
He probably was controlling a drone
The Snow leopard is just an incredible beauty! Dont want to miss the sight even for a second
I live in Nome Alaska. With Polar Bears. I thought we had beautiful wildlife. Was I wrong till I finished watching this extravagant video
I just watched a piece on BBC breakfast TV program. Two young Snow Leopards being acclimatised to life in a zoo in the uk. To say this was heartbreaking to see is an understatement. Even if endangered a zoo attraction is not appropriate .
