For some reason nothing is working for me, the game and app are on the same disk, I'm running it as an administrator and the error still happening, i already followed every single video of how to fix it but nothing works, my error is 0xfffffe.

Not the same game but i experience this exact error with Persona 3 Reload and i still could not solve it over a month. It is so disheartening that i literally BOUGHT the game but now cannot refund it because of the hours i played but cannot play it anymore

for persona 3 reload, try right clicking the executable, go to "compatibility" and then check the box that says "run as administrator"

Uninstall and reinstall.
However:
Reinstall onto the C drive (important)
Install the BASE GAME only at first and install the other add-ons later

I still have issues but I can’t install the whole game on my C drive, maybe only the initial 11 GB

I’m not sure what to say… it doesn’t need to be the C drive, but the same drive as Xbox game pass, you can try moving it to a different drive

still does not work. The powershell is giving me an error, probably because I have the xbox game pass installed in other hard drive instead of C. I tried running it as administrator, even tried the verify and repair the files. No I do not have Vanguard opened at all and any other anti cheat software I am aware of. Probably will have to give up at this point.

@@Tutorials_in_Tokyo still the error 0x3. I downloaded new drivers and for like 2 tries I had 0x2 and then it came back to the first one. Just gave up

@@Patrick-ux4oe If you have vanguard anticheat running, try disabling it. Also try right clicking COD and run as administrator.

@@KingAlpha-bo5ct try uninstalling it, reinstalling it on the C drive. When you reinstall it, install only the main game (unclick the other things) and check if it can run. If not then do the steps in the video again. If it can, then add on the other parts of the game one by one
